Hammers never do well in my tank?

So hammers never seem to do well in the tank. These 2 are currently are not very puffy for about a month or so now. I have attached my parameters and temp is at 26 degrees and just wondering what I am doing wrong. I lost a frogspawn as well and that never seemed happy either, torches seem to thrive and thought they were quite similar. Just wondered if anyone noticed anything that I am missing.

What kind of flow you hitting it with? Mine seems to like gentle swaying not crazy turbulence which is opposite of torches.
