Does anyone know how to fix the error code for Low light (L.LOW)
I haven’t even had the checker for 24 hours and doesn’t work !

Just did and nothing. I also put the brand new battery it came with I’ve had it for maybe 10 hours

Hmmm

Is the vial filled exactly with 10ml ?
Is the vial dirty ?
Is the Reagent expired or not mixed properly ?
Is the cuvette seated correctly ?

I never had this happen to any of my checker so I'm not sure.

When starting the device empty, is there a green light in the hole ? Sensor might of gotten dirty causing no light to reflect back

I’ve had the checker for less than 10 hours straight out of the box first time using it just installed the batteries it came with. Have soft fiber cloth and have cleaned it thoroughly

I would just exchange it for a new one.

Other than trying a new battery, if it keeps happening, contact Hanna. They have a one year warranty.

Can you post a video of you going through the process properly and still getting the error? I worked for Hanna for a bit and might be able to help you troubleshoot. I just need a video to make sure the steps have been done in order.

Make sure the cuvette is free of scratches and smudges, and try a new battery.
