Hi, question about hanna calcium checker. My checker has been reading at around 530 for a few weeks now and just couldnt figure out why as my calcium has always been quite stable around the 430ppm mark? But when i tested with red sea calcium pro test kit it tested at around 410ppm? Do i believe the hanna one or are they not as accurate as everyone say they are?

You should always have a Salifert or Red Sea around to double check any kind of electronic test kit. I would trust the Red Sea, in your case.

The Hannah need some getting used to. Did you clean the vials perfectly? Did you wait the right amount of time and stuff, or otherwise follow the directions to a tee (I don't have the Calcium, but the Phosphorous needs really clean vials and exactly three minutes)?
