Hi all.

I have a Hanna Phosphate checker. I have been getting double 00 for a while now. I took my water to the LFS to see if they showed the same results. I noticed that they are using a different reagent but the same checker. I have been using the 713-0 and they are using the 774-0. The 774-0 comes with the ULR Hanna Checker. We both are using the Hanna Phosphate Checker. I asked them and they said that they checked with Hanna and said their reagent is compatible. When they test, they are getting .04 but I don’t know which test to trust. Has anyone used this(774-0) reagent and know if the results can be trusted?

Thanks
Omar

This just means that the LFS is giving a lot of customers false readings. I’ve tried to tell them but they don’t seem to trust what I’m saying. I even called Hanna and was told there not compatible.
