I noticed my clam with a little fold on this end. I Moved it / turned it around a week or so ago and noticed it.

Am I being paranoid??

first pic was around noon. Last two just took at 7.

That doesn't look like pinched mantle to me. At this point I would not be concerned. If it gets worse keep an eye out for nipping.
 
Looks fine to me also. Keep an eye on it. Some clam just have fold like that, or there is some minor irritation or nipping as DSC suggested. PMD will look worst as the day go on so AM the clam looks better. Also PMD slowly progress and the mantle retracted more and more. If you have not add any clams for a whileto your tank, then it is not PMD.
