Harlequin Bass???

Does anyone have info on these fish? I have heard of them but there is little to no info of them, thanks!

they are a relatively easy basslet. no special care different from the rest of the family, except size. They are big, get up to 11-12in, somewhat aggressive, and territorial. Liable to eat fish and shrimp that fit in their mouth.

Good, hardy, LARGE basslet that may not be great for a reef, but works well with tangs, triggers, angels, etc in your 180.

people forget basslets aren't too far from being groupers, they're just small.

BRS put one of those cool looking rainbow basslets in their new tank and then were surprised it ate all of their orchid dottybacks
