For those of you with this fish...do you have snails in your tank as well and do they bother them? Also, are cleaner shrimp able to be kept with this fish?

I've been debating getting one of these myself. Darryl_v has one in his tank (totm) and I recall him saying that he has snails in his tank. A local in my reef club has one that destroys hermits and snails and actually has video of it. I bet shrimp would be on the menu as well. Still its one of my favorite fish and might be worth it.

Ive had one before, beautiful fish, a little bossy. ate snails, hermits, shrimp (feeder, cleaner and banded prawn). I was feeding him 3x daily too. Their mouth/teeth is built for smashing and eating shelled creatures.

I had one in my reef tank and he never went after my cleaner shrimp. He actually would let the cleaner clean him off
