They are the worst experience.
They started selling under exoticmarine on ebay.

Didn't ship on the day I asked.
The ups delayed and the fish died next day. they ask me to take a photo so they can get credit from ups. Then they proceeded to ignore me. I'm left screwed by them.

It's a majestic angelfish 286.82 dollars.

Stay far away from these people. Very cunning.

I wish I saw this thread earlier. I placed an order last week to be delivered yesterday, but it never arrived.

They sent me a “thank you for your purchase” email on the day it was supposed to arrive.

I’m confused…their phones go straight to voicemail and no one seems to be picking up their calls…are they still a legitimate business?
