Has anyone purchased the new SMATFARM G3?

These are from CT lights ..their higher end stuff is top shelf ..don't hesitate- great lights - I have one over a 29 gal and it's keeping a light loving gigantea anemone VERY happy

I am going to order on in the next few days... I have the 95 watt light from them and LOVE it. The shimmer is awesome. I was wondering if this light produced a similar shimmer effect?

I just put the G3 on my 15-gal cube and the shimmer is amazing. All my corals (SPS & LPS) have opened and seem to like the light. It’s too early to tell if there will be any growth but so far the light looks good and corals open.

I have G5 over a Biocube 32 anemone tank. It keeps them alive. Though I haven’t been able to dial in that perfect spectrum and many of the anemones grown under my halides and transferred over have lost a lot of color in my opinion. The one that’s maintained good color is my Black Widow otherwise my rainbows, while still colorful, just aren’t as bright. I’ve since added some custom AliExpress Bars (still running the G5 with them) and I’m getting much better pop and apparent color

What did you do for your custom AliExpress bars?

@HuskerTank I essentially tried to do a UV bar and did 400-410nm, 410-420nm and 420-430 every 3.
