Has my order been delayed because they don't have the fish in stock no more?

2 days ago i got in-stock alert on a fish i been wanted for a while. I get it and pay for it right away. Then i check my email and i got this email.

"We apologize, at this time we are unable to ship your order. Order number xxxxxxx.
New shipments arrive at our holding facility daily. Once up to 75% of your order value is available with in-stock items, the order will be fulfilled. On the day your order ships, we will send you an e-mail containing shipment tracking details."

Thats all i order was the fish,nothing else.
