The sun came in my window and shined the light into my tank for only a min. I could clearly see the snail tracks in the algae. I just thought it was cool and wanted to share.

Does it have to be of my tank?

I took this out the window of a chartered bus while going 40 mph from the town of Churchill, Manitoba, Canada to an Arctic Education Center about 15 miles east of town. I was there a few weeks ago to see the Aurora Borealis as a Bucket List thing I wanted to get done. The area is Tundra and kind of a cold desert with little precipitation. In the spring, when the trees start new growth, the freezing cold wind blowing off Hudson Bay forms ice crystals that end up stripping off all the new buds except those on the lee side of the tree (protected from the wind by the trunk). BTW, the trees in this photo are about 100 to 150 years old and are only 6' to 8' tall!
