Having trouble programming my radion

I’ve tried several times to schedule my radion xr15 g4 and it just won’t work. It is used so I’m wondering if that could be why. Whenever I try to edit it all it says is saving and it never ends.

Make sure the lights are connected to power. If they are, try turning them off manually, and turning back on.

Is your ReefLink unit able to recognize the lights under 'devices' at the top left of the screen?

I have had to do factory reset if it was used prior to you setting it up

so I jus did that and I think it’s working now!
