I just recently bought a finger leather. It hasn't perked up since I put it in my tank but the last one I bought took about a week so I didn't think much of it. When I looked at it this morning it appears as if the base of it is shredding. Anyone know what this could be? Sorry for the poor quality of pictures.

leathers. Grumpiest corals ever. yes they like to shed. Cant tell if yours is glued. Move em around for different flow types.
there has been a thread on grumpy leathers in the last few days. Take a look.

I think that one may be in trouble. It looks like it's disintegrating/melting.
