Headed to hatteras tomorrow for a week of surf fishing!! Anyone else going to be there?? Got my beach buggy ready to go!!

Lol. I’m heading up to Rockport Massachusetts tomorrow and I’m trying to figure out how to sneak a few more rods in the truck between my wife and sister in laws luggage.

Hatteras Island is one of my ol' stomping grounds. Used to fish The Point quite a bit. Git a drum for me!

Great looking rig!

This thread REALLY makes me miss going out to the coast! All the times my dad and I went fishing out of Murrells Inlet and Little River. All the stories of us needing a sling for our arms from reeling them all in. Those were the good ole days. :)

Thank you.. The only nerve racking thing about coming down here is leaving my reef under the control of my 17 year old daughter! ! Lol

My girl took great care of my reef.. The wife and went another year with no big bull red drum. We had a blast though like we always do everytime we go to hatteras. Weather was awesome first 3 days, then it blew pretty hard. Caught a lot of small sharks in Avon.. Missing that place bad right now !! Lol.
