Haven’t put my ear up to my aquarium yet but I do LOVE the Hum of the pumps, the Whispering of the fans on the lights, and the Fizzing of CO2 into the Calcium Reactor!!!

Never realized how much noise both our AC return pump and our HOB siphon drain made until we swapped to a DC return pump (silicone tubing to absorb vibration), and a Herbie style drain mod. So much quieter.
Downside is now every water sound I hear wakes me up at night (dish washer, washing machine, shower etc.)
