What is the best heater for a 53 gallon nano. Looking for reliability and accuracy. The one I have is 2 degrees off right out of the box. Biggest fear is getting stuck on and roasting the tank.
Thank you for your expert input.

IME all heaters eventually fail. For security and peace of mind, invest in a $40 inkbird, it is a controller that monitors and control the heater to prevent any roasting. They are very dependable and outlast any heater.

I recently got a titanium heater from BRS that comes with a Helios controller. Man it is awesome! They are not cheap, but very worth the money! No worries about a glass heater failing/breaking. Also, if it is plugged into a GFCI outlet, it serves as a grounding probe as well.

Look into the Eheim Jager. Very reliable heater for the price
