Heater placement?

Hi All,

Is this an ok spot for the 500w heater in the sump? Unfortunately due to the length of the heater placing it on the floor of the sump is the only way for me to keep it full submerged.

Sump is an RS-100

Mine is on the floor of the sump just like that, I never thought about if it was ok or not but it does the job
