Heater suggestion for 40 nuvo

I'm currently running an older Cobalt Neotherm. Have always liked it until recently. I have found it set to 86 degrees twice in the last couple weeks. The first time I noticed it was when my lawnmower blenny died and I put my hand in to retrieve him. Display tank was 85 degrees. Tonight while spot feeding, the display tank was also warm. This time it was only 82, but heater was set to 86.

I need to replace this immediately.
Any suggestions?
