Helfrichi firefish

its been forever since i posted here which i guess is a good thing :D

So i lost my firefish (red) a few months ago. Scored a great deal on a helfrichi on Saturday. This guy has been out the entire time which is odd (compared to my other who hid alot) but im also happy hes comfortable being out. Now the weird thing is he doesnt hide at lights out to sleep...he literally just hangs out in the front corner on top of sand. I work overnight so i checked on him several times lol. Just curious if anyone elses firefish does this or if mine is just weird

Side note:my ocelleris clownfish sleeps on my powerhead :D

My helfeichi stayed out front right corner and so did the one in LFS display tank.
i Also thought it was odd.

Oh good, maybe we got the oddball ones. Im definitely happy he's out since last one and my purple one years ago hid a good amount of the time

My helfrichi are far less skittish than any other firefish I've seen, but they do head into their cave at night just about as soon as the lights go out.

Thanks, this is my first helfrichi and he is not shy at all which i love yet am not used to seeing with dartfish
