I own a BC29 and I recently did the upgrade the intank media basket. I bought both baskets and I have a chaeto is the other. My question is this, How do you know your water level is good throughout the 3 containers? Any feedback would be great thanks.

When i was running my biocube with intank basket, I kept my water level up the the top basket. You don't need to follow the recommended minimum/maximum marks in the see through window. That was just for the filtration with the bioballs. The water will naturally get sucked down through all your media by the return pumps. I hope that answers your question.
