Hello! I’m in MD too! Local tip, great local fish stores: CTE Aquatics in Timonium and Tropical Lagoon in Silver Spring. Great stock (and prices) and the staffs are super helpful.
I'm new to the forum and am looking forward to setting up my new tank and learning as much as I can from everyone here. My first tank is 55Gal. I was told to start smaller for a first tank but was hard to pass up a free tank with stand, salt/reef supplies, powerheads, protein skimmer, and other goodies. I've done a ton of reading and am excited to get started.
