hey everybody,

I'm Chris and my girlfriend just got me a 14g biocube for Xmas. I have some live rock/sand in it as well as 2 small blue hermits, 1 medium red hermit, 3 astraea, and 3 nassarius. I'm also pretty sure a baby 3-legged brittle star hitched a ride on the LR.

I'm planning on going to my LFS (natural pet aka captain nemos in Norritown PA outside of philly) and purchasing a true percula this weekend. Eventually id like to add a bubble tip and some coral as well.

I'm sure I'll have a lot of dumb questions to ask but I just wanted to say hello and post a picture of my tank.

Welcome to your new addiction Chris. You'll find plenty of knowledgeable people here on R2R that are more than willing to help, so don't be afraid to ask.

Welcome to Reef2Reef Chris!

I know it's a drive but there is frag swap January 30th at That Fish Place (Lancaster, PA). There is lady there that always has rose bubble anemones that she sells for very cheap and there is also a ton of people selling frags for very cheap. Great opportunity to get a lot of frags for your tank!

Thanks for the tip, I've been meaning to get up there to check it out anyway! I'll probably have to work that day unfortunately but is this a monthly event?

Welcome home! You'll love it here!

I like the black sand! Great start!

Welcome Chris from another chris, you'll find this is a great place for so much help and so many really nice people here! Happy new year.

No only twice a year once in January/February and once in October

dang.. Yea I live in philly and work as a bartender, that weekend is the auto show and I work right below the convention center at the hard rock (stop by for drinks I'll hook it up!) so needless to say I'll be needing to make some escarole that weekend in order to feed this newfound addiction. One biocube and one day on this forum and I'm already dreaming of 300 gallon frag tanks, I'll be sure to clear my schedule for the October swap!

Welcome. Site is like the "Ace is the place", R2R is the place to be for Aqua information!
