Hello everyone,
As the title suggests, I have been reading posts for a long time. I have never actually made an account, but I decided it is time. First, thank you all for all the information that has helped me along in this hobby. I did not post for a while as I felt I wasn’t up to par to the majority of y’all and didn’t have much info to offer and most my questions could be answered by just searching. I have now been in the hobby for 11+ years with pretty solid success I would say (although tons of losses too, don’t get me wrong). So now, I feel, I can at least contribute some of my learned knowledge through my journey.

Tank:
125 gallon 6’LX18”DX22”H reef ready
3rd gen 3 RS-200 Sump with refugium (with light and DSB only in fudge) Reef octopus skimmer diablo (can’t remember the exact name but it is rated for 250 gallons). Vectra L2 return pump. I also have a Clearwater 300 algae turf scrubber. Jeboa Doser (I run Seachem Aquavitro line of 8.4, Calcification, Ions, Fuel).
Tunze 6105 powerhead and a gyre
160ish lbs of live rock and black sand
2 AI hydro 52s and a prime for lighting (not the newest gen, the ones before)

Fish livestock:

I also got a few inverts
Red bubble tip anemones (20-30 of them the clowns host
2 maxima clams (both around 6-7” now and both blue)
Hermits blue and red legged
Halloween hermits
a few snails
I had more shrimp and stuff but my tusk got big and ate a lot of them lol

I also got some hair algae (manageable but there), and the heckin’ aiptasia that I continue to manage with aiptasia X. Parameters are solid and pretty consistent for quite some time now.

Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 2-5ish
phosphate undetectable to .05 ish at times but usually none
pH 8.2
alk 10
Calcium 480-500

I’ve had this tank up and running here about 3.5 years. About 75% of the live rock in it have been running without a “crash” for over 10 years. This tank is a little over 5 years old but was moved once and much of the equipment has changed.

Ummmmm I think that’s it, but I may have left a few things out. That was actually a lot more than I thought. Anyways, I’m happy to be here and to continue to learn and offer my opinion now. Thanks for your time everyone!!
