Hey folks,
My name is Don and I am new to the saltwater side of the hobby. I have kept freshwater fish in some capacity for just about my entire life now it seems, but just recently turned to saltwater.
Life changes lead me to consolidate my freshwater tank collection from 8 systems down to 1 due to space restrictions. Now every square inch counts! With that being said, the largest display tank that I could get away with in my living room is a 75 gallon with a 20 gallon sump.
The system has been up and running since February, been through all the ugly phases you can imagine and have stability set for our horizon. It started as a mixed reef but some local hobbyists here have already got me onto the “fuzzy sticks”.
I am a long time lurker, first time poster, so I will thank you guys for your posts and information to help me even get to this point in the hobby. Look forward to sharing experiences and learning from you.
