I can clean the sand and within a day it back but only in places,

i think kh is high,poss phos/iron ,cause hair algae??

Yes the KH is a little high, but I didnt think that was that bad because the corals,

And light wise, i have 1 t8 white and 1t8 blue they come on a 7am at 9am my t5 daylight and at 12 my led white and blue ( halfpower) and at 3pm they start going off , led then t5 then t8s. And at 7pm the tank is dark.
