Help anemone getting torn by snail

So my bubble tip anemone was walking about and it has tried to settle in a spot. The issue is that half of its fort attached to a trochus snail which is now moving and tearing the anemones foot as it moves. How can I get the foot off of the snail. I don't normally like interfering with anemones but I don't think I have a choice with this one

So update. The anemone has released its self from the rock and it now on the snails back. And I about the pull the snail off and try the peel the anemone off
