Help: Apex 4 Modules Missing

Everything was fine this morning when I did water a change. Came down to feed them and Feed Cycle button didn’t work - then saw the alarms.

Does everything need to be rebuilt? I hit the reset button on the controller. Didn’t seem to help.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I'd first check your connections. You could also try rebooting (not resetting) your Apex.

How do you reboot? I’m assuming you don’t want to just pull the plug from the power, do you?

You can do it through the Fusion app (under the wireless settings). Or pull the power (not ideal, but it's designed to come back on after outages).

Is the logo on the eb832 solid orange?

Well, woke up this morning and everything appears normal. All 4 modules have a green checkmark next to them logo is solid orange.

Anyone have on thoughts on that? Am I out of the woods, or are there still things I should do? All connections seem good.

Without knowing what caused the issue, it's tough to say you're out of the woods.

Did you happen to physically look at the modules to verify communication to apex?

This happens to me from time to time…
What has worked is reboot (as already suggested)
And physically unplugging the Aquabus cables and/or swapping spots (no clue why this’d works)
in my case FMM is the usual suspect and anymore My new MXM does not play well either

Experienced the same thing, was there an update that was performed?

I did not perform an update.

Checked cables - unplugged each and replugged.

I still can’t find how to reboot in the software. That said, when I was reseating cables, I accidentally unplugged the power supply - so I guess I ended up rebooting.
