HELP!! can't keep rose bulb anemones

I want to know why i can't keep anemones ...everytime i get one they die on me?

Looks bleached, might or rather is probably a lighting issue. The two I just got are funny guys, I've got rocks with nice flow and lighting and they go and do this:

They are hiding, open when they need light and once they are happy with the amount of light they just close up/shrink down.

It's my experience that buying them from some one who who got theirs from someone else that also got theirs from another person is better then just buying straight out of the ocean. After years of time in captivity they adapt better to that life. So buying a split off someone you have a better shot at keeping it alive. I currently have 7 rbta in a 20L. 5 rbta in a 65. 2 rbta in a 93 and 1 in a 40B. All splits from animals that have been captive for quite some time.

You may try an acclimation box...

I only fed the anemone brine shrimp 1 time since i got it.

I don't feed my nems...with strong enough lighting...if you have metal halides, you have...
You shouldn't need to feed...

that is a lot of light or at least sounds like a lot to me. Have you put the anemone in and then let it find its own spot? I wouldn't feed an anemone until it settles into a spot it likes and then feed maybe a small amount of mysis once a week. If you feed your fish well and obviously have plenty of light, the anemone should thrive....
