HELP!! can't keep rose bulb anemones

Its honestly hit or miss. Sometimes it is a flow issue, sometimes its a safety issue, some times its a lighting issue. I've kept nems from tanks and nems from the ocean. Where it comes from doesn't matter too much.

I have a nem that was slowly shrinking and deteriorating I started to power feed him and he's good to go. Once or twice a week I give him half a cube of frozen mysis.
