I had my clowns die to brooklynella and I'm trying to go fallow while treating the rest of my fish in QT. I've managed to catch one but for the life of me can't catch any other. Any tips on catching the rest of my fish? Do certain fish traps actually work? Tips? Thanks in advance.

I use common fish trap baited with their favorite food.
If you know their common hiding spot, you can surprise it at night with a cup or net.
I use this type of trap which works EVERY time.

I would make one more suggestion - cover the top - the non-closing side with rubble/etc - so it looks like a cave. I tried to catch a lemon peel angel for 5 days - before finally nabbing him with this. Another trick - leave the trap in the tank 'open' for a couple days - and feed them in the box - so that they don't fear it. PS - fish stores often have these to lend out... You could try that as well
