Help choosing clean up crew!!

I need help choosing a clean up crew for my 72 gallon bowfront that will be compatible with my snowflake eel and melanurus wrasse. So far I have 3 large turbo snails, 1 hermit crab and 2 conch snails. I've read that gobies, peppermint shrimp and sand shifting star fish are good but don't know if my eel and wrasse will eat them.
