Help! Dosing line keeps splitting.

Hi, I'm using a Jebao 3.4 for dosing Kalkwaser with a OD 4mm x ID 2mm line and it keeps splitting within weeks/months. Ive tried many brands and types of tubing e.g. silicone platinum cured which ended up splitting in a matter of weeks. Im now fed up!
Would like suggestions on dosing pump with reliable tubing for dedicated Kalkwasser as i've spent a small fortune on useless tubbing.

I only Push fresh/RO water into my Kalk reactor, and have the resulting Kalk get pushed into the tank (without going through a dosing pump). If you're capable of changing the order of flow, this could solve your problem.

Unfortunately i don't have a Kalk reactor. I just use saturated Kalk that i dose strait from the vat.

If you have a spare head on your doser, could you use a t-connector to dose kalkwasser followed by a flush through the tubing of RO from a separate container?

Would stop kalk sitting in the line and corroding the silicone as fast - but it’s just a thought, no idea how well it would work in practice

I could try that but i found the tubes are splitting regardless of what i put through them. I think it's more a compression issue. Ive been recommended to use pharMed bpt tubing and i think Kamoer make a similar tubing.
