help Fiji cube 400 overflow box

I just bought a Fiji cube 11 gallon but have no clue on how to complete the process. I know I need 3/4 and 1/2 tubing but do I need pvc cause no way will just the tubing help. I tried contacting where I bought it from and they only showed me tubing hellllp

Did you get the external overflow 11g?
If so, the stock 400gph is two 3/4" drains and one 1/2" return. You can use PVC or vinyl flex tubing.

Do you have zero knowledge base on this or just need some clarification? Do you have a sump?
