HELP! first acan

Got this guy about a month ago. Doesn't seem to be growing like i thought it would. My parameters are in check. I think its getting enough light and flow. Any thoughts tips would be appreciated.

Agreed! When I want to pump them I spot feed them with Rods food.

I agree with the feeding. I try to feed mine mysis every day or every other day. Low light, low flow, lots of food!
