Tahitian White Tail Bristle Tooth Tang
He’s just floating there he try’s to swim but he can’t get up and ends up falling over and has buoyancy issues
I don’t see anything wrong with his fins or head
What can be wrong and how can I help him

A video would be of greater help for BBC assessment
Is this a new arrival to your tank?
How is it’s breathing and appetite?

Also how old is the tank - any other fish in the tank? What you're describing may be multiple things, a video with white lite would help. (also if you post it to YouTube, it's easier for more users to see.

Welcome to Reef2Reef.

Sorry, but your tang is moribund, actively dying. You won't be able to save it at this point. Tough to say what happened to it, but your next step is to protect any other fish in the tank in case it is something contagious.

What fish are in with it?
Are they showing any symptoms, like not eating, or rapid breathing?
