I have a huge toadstool and i was wondering if I can cut it in half? Like cutting in half from the middle of the toadstool.
And also if i want to lower his height, can I cut the bottom (base) part, like chop it off a little bit so it can be less tall?
Someone help me please :P

Picture plz . If it's a tyree green polyp leather then just take a very very sharp blade , irritate the leather so it shrinks, and with one cut, slice through the base . The cleaner the cut the better. 3 warnings though 1) when you cut it it will release this stringy glue , don't freak but try to remove as much as you can, 2 ) sometimes when leather corals are cut they develop bacterial disease and just fall apart like an old rotten tree stump. I would suggest dipping it in iodine dip after you cut it, and put both pieces in a strong flow for a few days. 3) not all leather corals can be cut( but that just something I've heard , so I'm not sure if it's true) Double check.
Some people also use a rubberbant trick, look it up online. Basic idea is that you just tie off a piece of leather with a rubber band and it separates by itself.

^ Yes you can easily frag that type, it's the Fiji Yellows that are difficult to frag.

What you mean by fragging? I want to cut it in half from the middle to the bottom. Is that possible? or he will die?
