First off, beautiful corals. Parameters look great (I'm assuming what you have labeled as PO3 is actually NO3?)

How is the flow in those areas of the sandbed that have the algae? Also, when you blow at it with a turkey baster, is it connected like a mat or does it disperse into smaller pieces?

Indecision may or may not be my problem.

It might be green cyano. Usually it goes away with time and consistent water parameters. You can brush it off of rocks and immediately siphon it out of the tank as well. Don't let it build up on SPS corals because it will choke them out.
