So was doing a WC and I was vacuuming the sand and my pipe moved for a split second and sucked in some of my torch which tore the tentacles. Is my tank at risk with brown jelly? is there something I can dose to help?

Should be fine, you could dip it in iodine if it looks to be suffering, leaving it alone could be the better option if it looks like it is pulling through.
