Help ID Redness on Yellow Watchman Goby

i am having a similar YWG issue right now...redness and i am not sure if the MEAN purple dottyback got it or there was a scuffle with his bff pistol shrimp. I was able to remove the YWG to a hospital tank a little while ago. In my case i am pretty sure it was nipped so i found this thread wondering if i should medicate it or just wait till it heals. Anyway, i realize this thread is a couple years old but hope all is well! Hope my YWG is back to normal soon!
