Help ID this critter

After setting up my sons tank I found a hitchhiking shrimp and 4 brittle stars. Any Idea on what kind of shrimp this thing is?
Looks like it has one big pincher, but I am not sure.

Looks to be some kind of snapping shrimp...hard to tell...first I thought it was just a molt...

Looks like small pistol shrimp from the pic.

Sure I'll kep it. There is no reason not to right now. This is my sons tank and he really wanted serpent brittle starfish and a shrimp or two. If it becomes a bothersom critter, I'll find a new home for it.
