Help identify Bacteria/algea please

Hello, I've just noticed this in my tank in two small areas. The red seems to floresce under blue light. Is it the dreaded cyano or maybe some algae. Any information would help. The video to me looks the best so hopefully you can open the file.

That looks like cyano on/in some GHA.
Thank you! I think you may be right. I just saw bubble's in it and wasn't sure plus I lost a bunch of snails about a month ago that I never understood exactly why. There was some nasty stuff on the back wall I wish I could've got a good picture of but I couldn't so I just removed it.
