Help identify fish

I ordered seahorses and today they came in but there was an extra bag with a fish that looks like a pipe fish/eel. Here I attached a photo. Help me figure out what it is. It’s about 2 inches long

Does it have a flattened, or circular tail? I've seen pipe fish with a circle for a tail fin

Could be a dragon pipefish.
