Help Identify

Can someone identify this green algae growing in the middle of my Zoa colony. The texture is similar to a shave brush. It will not pull off like GHA.

It's likely a turf algae and can be invasive (a better pic would help). Try removing the rock the algae is on, scrap as much of it off as possible with a knife or scapel, dip it for 2 minutes in a solution of 6 parts aquarium water and 1 part H2O2, rinse well in some aquarium water then return to the tank. Toss the water used for dipping and rinsing, there will be a lot of slime and junk you don't want in your system. You will likely need to repeat this process but give the zoas time to recover before retreating.

Hopefully it's just GHA. . . Looks a bit like bryopsis to me. . . I could be wrong though!
