Help identifying and possible issue with coral

I recently purchased this coral and am unsure of the type and if there is an issue with it. Any guidance is appreciated.

It looks like it was just fragged like that. Wouldn’t be to concerned with it. Just slightly lower light to let it heal fully

It's a Merulinid of some sort; likely Dipsastraea or Favites, but could also be Oulophyllia
