Help identifying my skimmer

Bought a used kit that came with a skimmer that has a Reef Life Support Systems sticker , no visible identifiers on the pump. “AE” on the collection cup, from what I have found AE could be for aqua excel brand. No controller to the pump , just a plug. Trying to dial in the depth of water this needs to be in for optimal performance. Base footprint is 8”x8”

Looks like my old Bubble Magus Curve skimmer but the lid is wrong.

I just looked up Aqua Excel and they did make one that has a similar look but I can't find your model.

Aqua excel has many skimmers i own two of the dc pump ones and works really well i have AE-10 and a Aec-5 if i rember right the 10 is on my 360 island tank that you can see in my tank thread it was placed in new plywood sump while i was water testing to run in fresh water to get oils removed from manufacturing and packing broke in nice once sump was in place under my tank. I kept the 5 to use on a 180 when i build plywood sump for it and switch over from fresh to salt predotor tank with corals.
