What type of shark is this? It was sold to me as a banded cat shark. Also does anyone recommend any certain vitamins and mineral products to enrich its food? Thanks!

I've had mine for about a month now and he does really well eating, Raw Shrimp, Raw Baby Scallops, Raw Octopus, and Frozen Silversides. He did not eat the first two days and I called the place that sold them to me and they suggested using "Sea Chem Garlic Guard" to soak the food in to entice him to eat and that worked. I also soaked the food in "Selcon" for added nutrition. After 2 weeks I stopped using the garlic because some studies show long-term ill effects and he is now heating all of the above just soaked in Selcon! Hope all is well so far... Keep us posted!

It does look like A. Marmoratus to me.

Definitely a marbled catshark. I use to get them the fish store as pups and give them chopped squid, clams and mussels.
