Its a qt tank running copper. It started the day after I got him. I feed mysis brine and noriI'll let one of the experts chime in but looks like possibly HLLE?
I would check water parameters and post them here. Also, what have you been feeding and how quickly did this show up?

Im a vette guy tooI see HLLE At facial area often associated with poor diet and even water quality

Yes, don’t trust badge which is also set for freshwater and after 2 weeks of useIm a vette guy tooi have a a&a supercharged ls3 c6.
But id have to think its water quality related. Will start changing water ASAP. Im using an ammonia alert and think i should have been testing with something else as well.
If your fish is behaving normally (eating) looks like HLLE probably due Copper and possibly elevated Ammonia.
Check your Copper Levels and Ammonia. Some fish (tangs) can present with HLLE during Copper QT that will usually resolve after the Treatment is completed.
There's 3 fish in the tank. Hes the only one showing signs. I will start daily water changes. Would it be a good idea to get him out of the tank now? Appreciate all the input.
