Pretty sure its a dragon soul favia (which is technically a goniastrea), I don’t think it’s a candy cane/trumpet because it doesn’t have the whitish stripes and the mouth is textured instead of smooth. But without a side picture it’s hard to say, is it more flat or is on a stalk?

You may be right but here are better pic of what I was trying to show. It's being sold as "chaos typhoon candy cane" looks like a new variety.
