Help IDing this sand cover.

I'm struggling with this algae. No matter what I do it always comes back. It starts to cover the rocks in certain areas of the tank. Is it Cyano? Diatoms??

Looks like prorocentrum dinos… it does have some diatoms mixed in the longer stringy ones. @taricha
