After I started feeding the aquarium with Salifert Coral Food, I began to notice that within a few hours a uniform brown coating formed on the glass, which was very easily cleaned off and turned into dust.

Under a microscope it looks like small, rapidly moving green cells - . The video shows them at different magnifications.

I'm not exactly sure what that could be, but those little guys are moving way to fast to see clearly. Small cell amph dinos move quickly, but I can't recall seeing them move that quickly, though. Maybe @taricha might have more insight for you!

Look like dinos to me. Probably unrelated to the coral food.

No matter what they Are - and they could be nearly anything. They just need to be scraped/wiped off. To get any kind of 'for sure' ID, you would need to say what power your microscope is at

Is there macro algae in your system? They kinda look like reproductive cells.
